Progress Lithing & Fireplaces Complaints - Non delivery of installtion Unit

This complaint goes back for 6 weeks. I have ordered a fireplace from the company paid the deposit (which was 75%) and received promises week after week about the due date of installation. Numerous calls , nomne which have been returned or at least if return, no definite date for this installation. From the owner Loius Vorster to managers to secretary, anytime you call they always busy or with a client.
