Woodford car hire Complaints - Non refundable of R10000

I've hire a car on 30/10/2017 and return it on the 1/12/2017. Until now I have received my R10000 that was blocked on my bank account. I've trying to call Bridget at they head office but with no help except being rude. This weekend was really frustrating because i didn't have money to book a hotel in PE nor be able to pay my daughter school fees.
