mtn cape road Complaints - not received no feedback on a new contract

I applied for a new contract last week & friday & I have not received any fone call yet.I have been calling them since monday & I just reach the voice mail all the time.so what is the people doing in their working hours.I have been an contract costumer for many years & I never had such bad service before.to be quit honest I'm going to another service provider today.I'm totaly finish with mtn.
