Russels Complaints - Not refund

I spoke to a lady at customer services last week Wednesday at Accounts department that they need to refund me. She told me that the money will be in my account today but there is nothing paid into my account. I phoned again today and another lady told me that it was not requested so I must wait another 7 days before I will be refund. That is bad service. I do not want to wait another 7 days. It is nit my fault but your company that did not do their job. I want to be refunded today.
