TAKEALOT Complaints - Not Responding to Order

I order a Sennheiser bluetooth headphones at Takealot and struggle to make a payment with my credit card on their system. I immediately pay with EFT, but due to the fact that I try with my credit card first the price changes.

I pay the amount that was required the first time and phone the support operator. He told me that I must send proof of payment and the original order number. This I done within 1 hour. I then waited for their response.

Two days from order date, I send an email on the help desk and wait again. the 3rd day they response and ask that I must forward them again all paperwork.

Day 4 they send me a mail and tell me the deal expires and I must pay the full amount. I send them numerous emails, but the same supply.

I did make the payment in time and inform them with the problem that I had, therefor I think they must supply me with the purchase item.
