Mediclinic Complaints - Not treated well by a consultant

I got a call at 12:45 from home Choice as I was interested in the duvet special and asked to be called, indeed I was called, consultant asked my details, I gave her, she told me my account was handed over... Yes I was handed over and I paid the amount on december and settled the account. She hang up on me while I was trying to explain, told me I don't qualify... I was going to buy cash... She didn't even ask me whether is a credit or cash order, I felt I was disrespected and judged....
