assupol Complaints - not yet recieve my claim

I am not happy with the service I got from assupol, I have submitted my claim on the 15/11/2017 which was on Wednesday they advised that I will get the money within 24 hours, and I called them on Friday they told me I will receive it before 15:00pm and the funeral was on Saturday and I didn't received it, and I called them again today (20/11/2017), they told me that they will send it before 10 still I haven't received it, this is bad, I am not happy at all
