GAUTRAIN Complaints - Online reload

On 04 December I reloaded R300 on my gautrain card using the online service. The funds did not reflect on my gautrain card, i was not able to tag into the station. None of the helpdesk agents could assist me. The "contact us" form on the gautrain website returns an error message when you try and submit a complaint so what is the point of the form? I was also told to get a refund form from a station and submit my bank statement and someone will definitely contact me for a refund. What are the chances if the helpdesk agent couldnt even contact me back after i left my details with him.
Completely disappointed with the state of bad management and customer service.
