UNISA Complaints - Order no#900003155

I ordered a laptop, laptop bag and a lock from Tswane Computer Solutions. Myself and the University have sent numerous emails to them to deliver. The initial order was made in MARCH 2016 , they delivered the laptop in December after I had written my examinations which defeated the point as I needed it for the main purpose of my assignments and examinations as one of my modules was visual programing which requires a laptop. This year around april/may they delivered the laptop bag and the lock. The bag was the wrong size of which I alerted them the same day via an email and to date they have not responded nor delivered the correct size bag. I HAVE SENT EMAILS, UNISA NSFAS STAFF AND MANAGEMENT HAS SENT EMAILS BUT THE SERVICE IS STILL NOT BEING RENDERED AS IT IS MEANT TO BE. HOW DOES ONE ORDER TAKE OVER A YEAR TO BE FINALISED? PLEASE HELP
