Bolt Taxify Complaints - Overbilled

On Sunday 28 April 2019. I was overbilled for a trip with Bolt Taxify. Even the driver confirmed when I phoned him that the charge should have been R33 but I was charged R102. I have send numerous emails as well as correspondence via the app and to date Bolt has not bothered to respond. This is not the first time that they have done this to someone. I have seen similar complaints. I want my money back now! This is utterly disgusting service from Bokt taxify.
