Taxify Complaints - overcharged

Greetings kindly assists i have been trying to get assistance regarding the incident that occurred on Sunday 1 July 2018, I paid the requested amount and driver told the passenger that i was with in my absence another R30:00 on top of what was given to him. i regard this as dishonesty and really not professional.I did try to contact the driver on the day in question he did not reply but two days after he text me disputing everything.
