Telkom Complaints - Overcharges on contract

In Aug 2017 I signed up for the R199 per month 10GB day and 10GB night owl wifi special running for Womens day. All went well until they deducted R349.93 in Oct 2017, R325.89 on 5 Dec 2017 and R410.62 on 5 Jan 2017.

Each time I receive an invoice it is for a different amount.
Latest invoice says R410.62 for Feb 2018 and R524.89 for Dec 2017.

I have emailed, been into Telkom Eastgate, called Telkom but the equerry remains unresolved. ANd the invoice just keeps on increasing. My contract clearly states R199 per month. No joy in resolving this with Telkom.
