We live in Parys, Free State For the past year or more we have water on and off. On Saterday 27 October 2011 a water pipe burst just up the road. It is municipal water. I phoned but everyone at the municipality are on strike and refuse to fix the water pipe. Thousands of litres of water is flowing away.Even the Fire Brigade wont help.
