I am visiting from usa. i went to visit gold reeve city and had to use a payphone badly. i walked all over to finally find a payphone. i inserted R5, R2, and could not make a call as it kept rejecting the coins. Christmas Eve was sent sms informing me that Medshield had doubled my premium. Was old they do not go on means testing if you cannot afford it you must cancel. After they took over Oxygen Essential, Medshield stopped Gynaecology, Mamagrams,Dental,Optisions etc. Only exist on my Savings...which I used up on consultation with my Doctor. After my vehicle broke down in Secunda Iasked for roadside assistance, including transportation from Secunda to Vereeniging. After 2 hours they still could not come with solutions and I had to make my own arrangements to get my vehicle fixed and to get back to Vereeniging. Personal were not friendly and not competent to come up with suitable solutions for my situation. Why offer services when you cannot comply? I am truly disappointed with them !!!!
