Market themselves as a five star airline but changed my ticket from Abu Dhabi to Cape Town from the 25.01.2012 - 26.01.2011 without notifying me and left me without accomodation for one night. I live in Witbank and have had to go to Multichoice branch in Wibank 6 times this year for my PVR. The average waiting time in the que is 2 hours in a small 4 x 4 meter room, no ventilation, aircon that has not worked once when I was there. No seats. The staff is over worked and not enough stations to assist the customers. Try and stand in a que for 2 hours holding a PVR and a decoder.
