Homechoice Complaints - Parcel delivered to a wrong address

So I registered online with homechoice,ordered the 2 get 1 free aurora blankets in June 2019 and then paid cash it was R2400 together with transport fare. They told me they'll send an sms or call me the day the courier will deliver and they'll require my ID and I agreed.after some time I received an SMS in the morning to say the courier is on it's way to deliver my parcel,I was at home after giving birth I never went anywhere so later on that day around 15:00-16:00 I received another sms saying they hope I love my package.i was surprised because I didn't receive anything,so the following day in the morning I called and explained that I never received my package,they said my parcel was delivered to the address I gave them and Maria(a third party) signed for it,,,I was puzzled because I never left my house and I don't know any Maria so I asked how possible is it that you allowed a third to take my parcel without my ID because we agreed that when you come you'll need my ID to release my parcel they said they don't know maybe the courier guy made a mistake.i said I want my package or they should refund me my money,they said I should send my affidavit stating that I don't know Maria and also send my certified ID I had to go up and down to the police station, I then sent it to them,I asked after how long will I be able to get my blankets or my refund they said to me the investigation will take about 30 to 90 days.i called after every 30 days until it reaches 90 which was in October and still no solution to my problem.i had been in contact with them via email @complaints and still telling me one thing and sometimes they would refer me to @frauddesputes those ones they are worse because they never responded me even once.In around February this year I went to their Pretoria branch and explained my problem they checked on their system and found out that am telling the correct story,so the guy asked for my affidavit and certified ID and I told him I did send it to them,he said I should forward it to him so that he can forward it to @frauddisputes himself till today there's no solution when I ask him if there's any progress on the same email i sent my documents he no longer responds.I want my money or my blankets please help a sister out
