TAXIFY Complaints - PARCEL NVER REACHED THE ADDRESS

On Thursday the 28th September 2018 at about 22:00, Taxify was requested to collect a parcel and deliver in Sunninghill. The parcel was collected but never arrived and yet the trip amount was deducted from my bank account. I called the drive - Zaid and he told me he is not DHL so he is not responsible for parcels and he dropped the call on me. I tried communicating with Taxify and no response, This is very bad service and the fact that there is no call centre makes this even more of a problem and takes time to resolve issues if ever resolved. This service is becoming more and more unreliable.
