Pep Worcester Mountain Mill Complaints - Pathetic customers service

I bought a phone on the 1 March 2018. The phone started giving problemsin that 7 days but due to personal reasons i couldn't bring the phone back in. I took the phone back on 12 March 2018. Just to find out that their computers are faulty and they cant sent it for repair. They would have fixed it and call me back. Till today they havent called. So i went back yesterday 13 March 2018 and the it was same story. They told me to come back today 14 March 2018. which i did and there it was same story. Im not happy with your service. And therefore request to get my money back. Before this friday 16 March 2018 is over other wise im giving u over to my lawyers. They couldnt even give me a proper answer on when to their computers will be sorted out... Which is unethical. 3days in one row. My word. U guys must seriously attend to your services. I have been a loyal client to u for years. And this is what im suppose to deal with now... The lady at pep who "helped" me, her name is Whitney... I really hope we can resolve this matter in a kind way. And no im not going to wait for repairs nor do i want a new phone. My contact number is 0730079903. I really hope to hear from u asap. Oh and one last thing your customer service land line is poor as well as your head office i contact them they couldnt help me... customer service land line is ringing non stop nobody is answering...
