MTN Complaints - Paying for routers not in my possession

Good day
Im so disappointed in MTN, after dozens of telephone calls and visits to SSW mall MTN shop, I’m still NOWHERE!!!
My contract cell number 0787040944, and 2 additional number on my contact:

Please assist me with the following cancelations of 3 modems/routers? and 3 sim cards

I was call by Mtn Direct last year and was told that I can add a line free of charge on my account. It must only be activated after I received router and the Mtn direct added 3 new lines on the account, I handed the routers back at the MTN SHOP SSMALL without activating it on 22/12/17 to Tawfiq Smith. I want this contracts to be cancelled and removed immediately from my accounts and be refunded for all the moths billed and paid for something I dont have in my posession any more.
