Multichoice Complaints - Payment not allocated.

Payment made in July, proof of payment sent and still not able to get them to allocate my payment. Spent hours on the phone trying to get this sorted out and still no closer to a result.

Attitude : Agree Send Mail

Im having the same problem. Todaybthey tell me i havent paid for 2months and disconnected yet ive never missed a payment ever. Sick of this terrible service
