SALT Employee Benefits Complaints - Payout delayed

Resigned from my company end April 2017. submitted my claim to SALT EB on the 13/6/17 to [email protected] and was told to follow up in 10 working days to check whether they received claim. called them and they couldn't find the forms. then sent to one of the agents personal company email address. Was confirmed that it was received, noticed an error that the employer made on the form but said they would correct it. was advised to wait 8-10 weeks. and that is when the runaround started. was advised claim was by SARS, then when called again, contribution error, this continued for a few days. was then advised payment was 8-12 weeks. again sent to SARS, then contribution error, this continued. someone said they had put wrong resign date in by SALT ie. 5/7/17 instead of 30/4/17 but they confirmed with employer that the april date was correct. still the run around, no one can confirm when the contribution problem will be sorted. the 12 weeks date ended 20/9/17. no one can advise who will correct the problem. managers and agents promised to call back, no call received. My lawyer contacted them and then had to complete power of attorney which was sent to SALT EB. my lawyer also got the run around. to date no money has been paid to me and its now running to 16 weeks. With a company as large as this why can no-one sort out the problem or even advise how long this will take. everyone I call at the company basically brushes me off. how long must I still wait. As of yesterday was now not the contribution problem but the error the employer had originally made which the agent on the 5/7/17 said will be corrected by SALT EB themselves. Excuse after excuse.
