Capitec The Glen Complaints - Poor, bad service

I went to the Glen Capitec Bank to register my card online. The guy named Wesley was helping me, to my surprise I was the one who was giving the steps to him and he did not seem to be worried about that. At first I though maybe he will get with the vibe and be helpful. he couldn't be bothered and he even told me to do it myself as he can see that I am clued up we this.

I was there for 30 minutes and it was my lunch time couldn't do anything. He didn't even care when I asked him that he is wasting my time, I ended up leaving and he was not bothered.
