Vodacom Complaints - Poor Customer Service

Good Morning

I bought 2Samsung Galax J2 on contract at Vodacom one came out with simcard and the other I bought the sim card. The one that I bought the simcard for was lost. on the 11/ 06/2018 @ 08h02I phone vodacom customer care and I spoke to Unathi Billy. The service that I get from her was very bad, she shout at me and she told me that she can't block my phone because she don't know if the phone is not mine. I request to send her the proof (documents) that the phone was mine she refuse she said she can't help me I must go to Vodacom shop. I explain to her that I'm working I won't get chance to go there.
