Clicks/Direct Medicines Complaints - Poor customer service for chronic medication

Despite numerous calls and messages left for Clicks/direct medicines they have not yet responded to my requests for my chronic medication. I have been on their data base for at least 7 years, and in the past their service was good. Now it is impossible to get hold of a customer agent. The recorded message continually apologises for high call volumes and instructions are given to leave a message and a response can be expected within 24 hours. I have left my details on 5 occasions but no one has returned my call. I sent an email to Management and received a form letter of apology, advising me to call the Call Centre for help. How laughable! I had informed them that their call centre is unreachable! I have now transferred my list of chronic medications to my local Dischem. They also do not charge for delivery, and a friendly pharmacist is always on hand with advice. One cannot compromise on service when it comes to medication. How unethical and appalling for a pharmacy to do so!
