kULULA Complaints - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMPASSION

wE were booked to travel to Durban on 01 Feb, family of 5 for a wedding function.

Regrettably my mom passed away on the 27th of January and so we have to cancel our trip and plan for the funeral

I immediately called the call centre and spoke to Carylnn September, who advised me that I will get a full refund. I needed to submit my marriage certificate and ID and declaration of death. I did this on the 30th of Jan.

Since then I have emailed and called and left messages and have had ZERO response from Kulula, its like this just don't care. Its hard enough losing a mum, then I must also run around them and chase and beg them for a response?

Is this what you call being passionate about your customers? To date, 26 Feb, I am still awaiting a response
