CellC Complaints - Poor Service

I cancelled my Telkom line after engaging with Cell C for the new great Cell C Fibre, do not be fooled by this, I have now been without internet for 2 weeks, as Cell C can not find the issue for the connection not being able to work.
Me, as the client had to call open-serve, as cell C just does not attend to outstanding issues.
After I engaged with Open-serve, within about 15 minutes they replied to me and asked that I must please get Cell C to log with them, as I as the customer can not engage with them.
After sending Cell C this information on Friday early Afternoon they only actioned this on Tuesday, me as the client has been following up again.
Awesome service would you not say...
