Dion Wired Complaints - POOR SERVICE

On 28 November 2017 I ordered a microwave oven online from Dion Wired, did the EFT and received an email saying the goods will be delivered within 5-10 days... After numerous phone calls and emails, the Customer Service Dept. doesn't even bother to answer my calls or emails, and when they, for some reason do answer, I can only speak to the switchboard / person answering the phone, but NOT ONCE have I received an answer on what is going on... I think this is absolutely unacceptable to treat your customers this way, especially when one of Dion Wired slogans say "S.A.'s premier consumer electronics and appliances store aimed at getting you CONNECTED!"... Why do you even bother to have an online service, if you DELIVER NO SERVICE AT ALL???
