Specsavers Waterfall Mall Complaints - Poor service

I had my eyes tested at the waterfall mall branch of Specsavers and eventually after almost 3 weeks I had to phone them to find out what was happening with the spectacles which had miraculously according to them just arrived. I then tried the glasses for 3 weeks but found that they were not correct and returned to Specsavers on Thursday 25th of April they said they will send them to be checked for the correct line up of the multi focal lenses. I have so far had no contact from them regarding the glasses. It surely does not take over 3 weeks to complete this work.
