TRANSLUX Complaints - POOR SERVICE

I will never ever board on translux bus again. Yesterday the 29/05/29 I was supposed to be in a bus from East London leaving at 22:00 round about 19:00 they called me to say that the bus was delayed with 2 hours and I told the guy who called me that there is no way that I was going to leave at 00:00 because I have to be at work tomorrow morning and then he said to me that He will call me back shortly and that was the first and the last time to receive the call. I then went to the windmill bus station and the bus was delayed additional time 1 hour so we then left East London at 01:00 o'clock. No apologies were made by translux for the inconvenience caused. This morning when I arrived here in Durban at 10:45 but my bus was supposed to be here at 06:30. I have checked in my luggage and when I got home about to open the suitcase I noticed scratched and it has back marks. It wasn’t handled with care. The suitcase that I'm talking about is new. I have never been treated like this. Your service is poor and will never let anyone in my entire family to use your busses.
