macro Complaints - poor service

I bought a exercise bike from Macro Polokwane and when I wanted to assemble the bike I found that there are no screws or anything in the box. I spoke to the department manager who advised me that it is my fault and that I must bring it back. I asked how it is my fault but all I got was attitude. and he implied that I am lying. I think this is no way to treat a loyal customer who buys 90% of all my goods from macro
