jet mart Complaints - poor service

I bought an Iron in JET MART NORTHGATE on the 29th of June 2018 and now its not working. I called Jet Mart in Dobsonville to ask if I can exchange the item without the receipt cos I lost mine. I can remember her name but she said she will call me back and she never did. I also work in retail if a customer doesn't have the slip we ask for the purchase date and assist them it doesn't matter if it was bought on cash or account. I'm sure there's something that can be done about it but it seems like they don't wanna help now I'm stuck with the stupid Iron and I have to buy another one what a waist of my money. They are very useless i'm no longer buying from JET MART
