Vodacom Complaints - Poor Service

I am connected by Vodacom Fibre in my Estate, Irene Farm Villages in Centurion and have been without Internet connectivity since Saturday 09th February 2019. I logged a call (082 1904) on Sunday Morning 10th Feb and was told by Clint that they had someone on duty who would look at the issue. Nothing transpired... Contacted them on Monday and Casandra told me the same.... nothing transpired. Followed up yesterday (Tuesday morning) again and was told by Casandra that I had requested in 2017, to cancel my contract and this had now happened.... My contract started in 2017 and I made no such request... Now they are running around trying to sort their Fiasco out and I am still unconnected... I cannot work and Vodacom is costing me money... I phoned again at 15h00 on 12 Feb and requested to speak to a Manager…. One would have phoned me back...and still I await a call… it is now Wednesday 13th February and I have still to receive a call from a Vodacom Fibre Manager or Supervisor...This service is pathetic and I think that I will be voting with my feet...
