Quality Vacation Club Complaints - Poor Service

I joined Quality Vacation Club in 2007. My original balance has been settled years ago, I request with numerous mails to cancel my membership fees. I even contacted Cape Escape in August 2017 to sell my points . I informed them that they can take my points for free I just want to get rid of the membership fees as I will be going on retirement and will not be able to afford the monthly fees. Up to and including today they have not even bothered coming back to me with an answer, and the fees are still being deducted.
