On the 30/08/2019 went to pep store in Mamelodi Denly ShoppingCenter to return a jean that I bought on the 23th and I have lost the slip but the jean still have the tack, I found the manager her name is Pretty and she told me that she can't assist because I dont have the slip, I must call their call center and they will give me a Reference and they will exchange it for me. I did call **********and I spoke to Marieannah and she told me to ask the manager to call her so that they can assist me.. I went back the assist manager told me their phones are not working and I must use my phone to call the call center and its late no one will answer, and the manager will speak to me after 25 min as she is busy with something else. Am really disappointed with the way I was also treated. And I don't want to exchange it anymore I will really appreciate having my money back.
