Fairprice - Southgate Complaints - Poor service

I made a purchase of a kitchen of a kitchen unit on Sat 14 Sept it was delivered on Mon afternoon 16 Sept, upon delivery we had noticed that the unit had dens on them, we reported this immediately,we were told that an exchange needs to be done the following day, when i called to follow up i was told it would be sorted out on Tuesday, by 3pm no on had called,when i called back i was told the driver was sick and alternative arrangement would be done on Wedn, By Friday 20 sept ive been given the run around, the staff is incompetent and theirs no communication on customer service. I have called head office, iv sent nd email i still haven't received any feedback.. this has truly been he worst experience i have had.
