Telkom Complaints - Poor Service

My acount has been in arrears for one month, i paid it on the 25th of july 2017. Until now it has not been activated, i have send proof of payment to about 10 agents and no one can resolve my matter, first tier is a glitch in the system , then the offline, then my account is with nu debt, they even go so far as accuse one another of lying. They logged two cases and closed it out without contacting me. Now I have toi reverse the payment, which the bank cannot do as the payment went through already. I have no idea what to do next, because by the end of this month they will debitmy account twice. please help somebody
