Albie Stodart Complaints - Poor service by MFC

I've been retrenched and have a policy to cover my installment for 6 months. Every month MFC still deduct the premium from my account and then I have to ask them for a refund. As from the 1st of October I wrote a few letters asking for a refund and they undertook to refund me within 7 to 14 working days, but nothing happens. According to my records the insurance still covers my premium up 'till the first of November 2018. Therefore, by the first of November they will have to refund me with another premium, while the refund of the 1st of October is still outstanding.
I hope that by complaining on this forum, will be effective, because I did not take this insurance to be punished, but rather to make life easier during difficult times like this.
