TELKOM Complaints - POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I applied for a fibre line from TElkom on 21 OCTOBER 2018. Iwas told that I would get it within 5 to 10 working days as fibre was present in Loch Road Rondebosch.

Problem 11 working days later no connection

Their technician said that fibre was not available in my area. Conclusion : Telkom lies

2. multiple calls to service dept, unhelpful call center agents. Impression -Telkom is a poorly staffed company, poorly trained agents

3.telkom answers calls within 1 min to sales department but can take 30 min to answer calls to follow up department !!!

impression: make a fast buck, do not worry about service!


Telkom systems are frequently down -it is a fact. Impression - is there any hope?
