ESKOM Complaints - POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Good day,

I would like to report the bad service that Eskom has been giving us for the past month. Electricity went off on the 22nd April 2019. Up until today, we are waitng for Eskom technicians to come help us. When I call, I am being given the ref number for my call to use it for follow-up. When I call to do the follow up later on, the ref number is closed and I will be given the new one. Later on when I call to follow up, it is closed again. The report says the matter has been attended to, only to find out it's not true. This has been ongoing for the whole month.
