ABSA BANK - HOMELOANS Complaints - POOR SERVICE- FAILURE TO PROVIDE BOND STATEMENTS REQUESTED SINCE 29TH NOV. 2019

I have since the 29th Nov 2019 walked-in ABSA Brach Centurion requesting Bond Statement for the Bond granted by them in 2009 FOR Court Processes.The request has been since logged at HOMELOANS with reference case C- 02679985.

On follow up on the 9th Dec 2019, I find nothing was done and told by Mr Lionel Simons that it will take two weeks to be assisted. Following some exchanges was told the request will be filed for the 10th maybe I might be assisted. Mr Lionel Simons from the home-loans advised further to evaluate their service which was surprising considering their glaring poor service.
