iTrace & Car Sound Concepts Complaints - Poor service in relation to a tracker devise de-installation and installing into a new car

I recently renew my annual subscription with iTrace for tracker in my car two weeks ago. Last week I change the car for new car and made arrangements with iTrace that they must de-install the devise from the old car and install to the new car which will enable me to continue with my annual subscription. From Friday last week up to today I kept on calling both iTrace and their installer based in Durban called Car Sound Concept only to be told that they can not go to the dealership to de-install the devise as it was previously agreed. The matter in which I was kept send from pillar to point was unacceptable. I was further told that there is no reimbursement of the balance of annual subscription which I have already paid two weeks ago.
