South africa Complaints - Poor service and no response

I am a unisa student who have recently tried to reregister on myunisa but was informed that there were outstanding documents, Ive taken all necesarry documents to the unisa offices in bloemfontein in december and made the payment that was outstanding aswell, they have promised me that my documents would be uploaded by the 13th of january but until today they have not been updated ive tried contacting them for the last two weeks but they refuse to answer the phone ive send numerous sms's aswell as emails to them with noe response, being a working women its hard to get off work to go to their offices everytime just to find out if my documents were send to pretoria the closing date is today and im unable to register for this semester for an institution that ive truely believed in im truely disapointed, being a student already and being able to get assisted with something so simple!!
