Joscho Complaints - Poor Service, Robbing Clients

Dear Revenue Department

I received sms below.

Credit Record alert only part of my April was paid my TPN record adversely affected.

I then phoned Joscho head office l spoke to the lady named Favorite she the check my account and told me that the was a maintenance invoice for March posted in my account then l started to be worried, she then advise that she will investigate the matter and she will call me back, nobody called me and then l decided to call her again she told me that she sent an email to maintenance, Peter and Sipho l said to her nobody phoned me, l then call Pennyville offices Peter answerded the phone l explained the matter to him that nobody explained to me that l will take care of the invoice or l will be charged for my geyser that was fixed, Peter told me Sipho will call you lam still waiting for that call, to cut the long story short since when do we pay for maintenance issues nobody had a decency to explain anything to me, lam not going to pay for that invoice remove it from my account and l know that Joscho owes me l don’t owe Joscho theres a reason why lam paying my rent upfront.

Please fix the above because lam not going to pay.
