Please receive my unhappiness with regards the ford dealer in Cresta Johannesburg , please see all the email pertaining to this vehicle ……

Today vehicle was return back to Ford Dealer in Cresta to my surprise they advise me they will have to do the diagnose test and I need to pay for it and the question? was why now and am not willing or preparer to pay for it and I need the diagnose test to be done on the vehicle. With regards the dashboard warning lights I told them first day the answer I got from Gary Profit the salesman , its something that we cannot predict especially if it’s a globe but the light still shows , today the warning still on for a break globe default

1st I bought this vehicle Towards the end of Aug 2019 since I bought this vehicle it’s a nightmare as I’ve never enjoy to have it , the vehicle breakdown 2 weeks after delivery “ Pull and camp belt “ in Potchefstroom it was towed back to the dealer fixed
2nd after that it shows a warning light on the dashboard (breaking system need attention then it was return back to the dealer it was fixed
3rd Same light came back same was done
4th on the 18/10/2019 vehicle breakdown in Kimberly (Alternator) the vehicle taken to the Ford dealer in Kimberly fixed after two days vehicle doesn’t want to start return back fixed the vehicle still in Kimberly as I write this e-mail
5th on the 09/11/2019 same happen the vehicle doesn’t want to start again the driver was stack in Town by the garage Puma vehicle taken back to the Dealer

There was no diagnoses done, there was a fuse that did not make contact, the technician cleaned and secured all the contact points and inserted a new fuse.

This fuse story last time it was the same fuse it was fixing till when , what is the main cause …. Can you diagnoses the vehicle because we can’t keep returning the vehicle for a fuse

They brought the vehicle yesterday.06th Dec.. What I've notice the vehicle has a short somewhere...when u switch off the ignition the dashboard lights went off although the lights are on ... can't play a radio as well ... can u arrange for the car to be checked on Monday
