Pharmacy Direct Complaints - Poor services delivery -holding back of medication for ;ousy R150.70

I have lost my patience with Pharmacy Direct. They have failed to supply my high blood pressure meds for two months because I have a R105.70 outstanding. They forget when I paid in more money in advance an two occasions. It is a give and take situation.

I complained via email and the line managers fail to deal with my complaint. The person who dealt with me telephonically needs to get courtesy training in dealing with consumers.

On two occasions in 2018 they dispatched medication with empty boxes and I did not complain but now they hold back medication for a lousy R150.70.It is a shame.
