Capitec MTN Vodacom Complaints - Porting information

A vodacom consultant ported my cell phone number to MTN without my consent or knowledge, thus transferring all my personal information including my online banking details to another consultant at MTN. Linking fraudulent activities to my account and personal loans.
My loan was then transferred into an unknown persons account via internet banking. I then went to draw money from my account to find out there was nothing left in my account then reported my account matter to a teller who then reffered me to the bank manager who then informed me that my vodacom number had been ported to MTN after contacting vodacom, I have since been passed on from one person to another including police assistance with no help or outcome. We have the persons info and account details that the money has been transferred to but the bank won't do anything to help me, shortly after my credit card balance was also transferred. But was refunded after further complaints. Why couldn't my loan be transferred like my credit?? Capitec was no help making my whole situation so much more stressful- especially after having a consultant laugh at me over the phone telling me it was my fault.Very disappointed with all parties involved!!!! Now in the hands of a lawyer!
