Bestmed Complaints - pre authorisation call centre

working for a service provider and having to deal with your call centre agents for a pre-authorisation for one of your members. I am utterly shocked at how absolutely rude agents you have working for you. they speak to people in an extremely condescending manner. the agent i spoke to most probably is half my age and could have been my daughter, i find it disgusting that they can be so disrespectful. i will also be posting this on an most certainly not recommend bestmed to any person i know.
