have a contract with FREDD FIBRE. our internet has been down for nearly 2 weeks now (since the Easter weekend). When you try to call them the phones are never answered. I have sent numerous emails and received ticket numbers each time which seems to get ignored. I finally got through to their call centre yesterday and spoke to Sihle for about 30 minutes while he tried to assist, he said my problem was too complicated for him and he would refer it to a senior technician. They of course never bothered to call back so I managed to get hold of him (Sihle) again today and he said there was nothing more he could do for me, it was now up to the technicians.
