Golden Latern Lodge Complaints - Refund

Good day,

Please help,we secured our booking with 50% of the whole amount on the 27/10/19 and on the 1/11/19 we decided to cancel a booking due to a transport issue.I spoke to Leonie who kept promising that we will get the money till today no money has been paid back to us as a refund. They have been giving me excuses :if its not the boss that is out of town,it is an internet problem. We were suppose to check in on the 29/11/19 and we cancelled on the 1/11/19 which I think we deserve 70% on the deposit we've paid. We paid R1300 as a deposit.
