AMP Complaints - REFUND NOT PROCESSED

in April 2018 I purchase bus tickets to Durban from JHB, My husband had a docotor's appointment due to a shooting.
There was a strike going on at the time and we had to then re-book with another bus services due to APM not in service during that time. I have emailed them on numberous occasions for our refund and to date this has not been re-inbursed. Sure;y it does not take 5-6 months to process a refund to a client.
